Delivery Information

- We ship same business day for most orders received by 4:00 PM EST
- The above map indicates the delivery times for most products depending on product availability.
- Please refer to our Holiday Schedule for non shipping and transit days.  UPS
- Shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for shipping.  
- Shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- We ship Monday - Friday only. Saturday & Sunday shipping is not available.
- Delays by the carrier, for any reason does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.

      Our manufacturing plant and direct-to-consumer warehouses are located in South Florida and Kansas. All estimated delivery times are set by UPS and can be viewed atwww.ups.com. To estimate your delivery date, locate your geographical position from the maps above. Begin counting with the day after your order is shipped. All delivery times exclude Holidays and weekends. Based on product availability there is a chance that your order will be shipped from Florida only. Please call customer service to confirm shipping location. It is always recommended to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order, due to unforseen carrier delays in transport or weather.
